Shipping policy

FREE TRACKED SHIPPING
Shipping is free on every order to every country we ship to. You'll see the countries we deliver to at checkout.

DELIVERY TIMES
- Processing: orders are prepared within 2–4 business days.
- Transit: delivery takes around 7–10 business days after shipping.
- Total: please allow 9–14 business days from order to delivery.
Delivery times are estimates. Busy periods, holidays and customs can sometimes add a few days.

TRACKING
Every order ships with tracking. As soon as your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking link.

CUSTOMS AND DUTIES
For some countries outside the EU and US, local import duties or taxes may apply. These are set by your country's customs and are not included in our prices.

DAMAGED, LOST OR LATE?
If your order arrives damaged, email us a photo and we'll replace or refund it. If your tracking hasn't updated for 10 business days or your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days, contact us and we'll sort it out.

WRONG ADDRESS
Please double-check your address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us within 12 hours of ordering and we'll do our best to update it before the order ships.
